Salon Policies:

• Due to limited space, customers are not allowed in the salon unless being actively serviced. Only 1 client per salon operator is allowed, so please do not bring additional guests. Thank you for understanding!
• We welcome guests ages 13 and up. Children ages 8-12 may be serviced at the salon’s discretion for an additional surcharge of $45. For children under the age of 8, we recommend SC4Kids Salon.
• Unfortunately, we do not currently allow walk-ins. All appointments must be made online or by calling the salon. We do require a credit card on file to book an appointment. However, your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows and appointments not canceled within 24 hours will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the services booked.
• Please call if you will be late. After 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee your appointment. If your appointment must be canceled, the cancellation fee will apply.
• Please be mindful of our time constraints by detangling your hair prior to your appointment or booking detangling services with your appointment. If your hair is excessively tangled and we have time to detangle it, a detangling fee will apply. If there is not sufficient time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or an adjustment will be made to the services booked.
• Prices listed are a starting point. Additional fees will be added for highly dense or long hair that will require extra time.
• We reserve the right to refuse services. We love our clients, but we also love our staff! Please be kind to your stylist!
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and cash. No IOUs or Checks, please.
