Salon Policies:

  • Due to limited space, customers are not allowed in the salon unless being actively serviced. Only 1 client per salon operator is allowed, so please do not bring additional guests. Thank you for understanding!
  • Children under the age of 14 who were not 29Eleven clients prior to May 28, 2020, are not allowed in the salon at this time. For child haircare services, we recommend SC4Kids Salon.
  • Please wash your hands with soap and hot water before being seated.
  • Unfortunately, we do not currently allow walk-ins. All appointments must be made online or by calling the salon. We do require a credit card on file to book an appointment, however, your card will not be charged.
  • No-shows and appointments not canceled within 24 hours will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the services booked.
  • Please call if you will be late. After 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee your appointment. If your appointment must be canceled, the cancellation fee will apply.
  • Please be mindful of our time constraints by detangling your hair prior to your appointment or booking detangling services with your appointment. If your hair is excessively tangled and we have time to detangle it, a detangling fee will apply. If there is not sufficient time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or an adjustment will be made to the services booked.
  • If you are interested in keeping the same appointment time on a reoccurring basis, please tell your stylist. Standing appointments are available and highly recommended!
  • We reserve the right to refuse services. We love our clients, but we also love our staff! Please be kind to your stylist!
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash. No Checks.
